A judge has thrown out many of the claims brought by a police lieutenant accusing Roanoke Police Department officials of sex discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

Lt. Susanna Beth Camp sued the city in 2021 alleging police brass had sidelined her and denied her promotions because she complained about harassment within the department.
